The trekking route from Lukla takes you through a variety of captivating landscapes, ranging from verdant green valleys to enchanting Sherpa villages, and challenging mountain trails as you make your way towards Everest Base Camp. Along the way, you'll pass through renowned landmarks such as Namche Bazaar, Tengboche Monastery, Dingboche Valley, Lobuche, and Gorakshep, each adding its own charm to the journey. Finally, as you reach Everest Base Camp (EBC), you'll be rewarded with awe-inspiring 360-degree views of the majestic Everest Himalayas, the Khumbu Glacier, and the breathtaking mountain vistas that surround you. In the morning, you will embark on a journey to Kala Patthar (5545m), where you'll have the chance to witness the incredible close-up view of Mt. Everest, the pinnacle of the world, as the sun rises.

Flight to Lukla:
This trek begins in Lukla, a small sherpa town of Everest Region. To reach Lukla, you'll hop on a small plane flight from Kathmandu. However, during the peak trekking season, it's worth noting that you may need to board a flight from Ramechhap, which is approximately 130 Km, four-hour drive. 

Helicopter Flight back to Kathmandu:
The fact that you'll be taking a helicopter flight from Gorak Shep to Kathmandu is a convenient way to conclude your trek. It saves you from having to walk back to Lukla, which can be a long and tiring journey. Flying over Everest Base Camp and the Khumbu Glacier will provide you with stunning aerial views of these iconic landmarks. It's an extraordinary opportunity to appreciate the grandeur of the Everest region from a unique perspective.   • Day 2: Fly to Lukla (Direct Or Via Ramechhap). Trek to Phakding (2652m)- 3-4 Hours Walk (9 Km) 

    This morning, you will fly to Lukla, the typical starting point of all the Everest treks in the valley. Flying to Lukla offers a breathtaking experience with stunning views of the mountains and valleys.

    The trek from Lukla to Phakding is quite pleasant as you'll be surrounded by the beauty of the lush mountain valley. Following the Dudh Koshi River, you'll pass through several Sherpa villages, offering you a glimpse into their way of life. The suspension bridges you'll cross add an adventurous element to the trek.

    In the evening, you'll have the opportunity to explore Phakding Village. This is a great chance to interact with the Sherpa people and learn about their culture and traditions. You can immerse yourself in the local atmosphere and appreciate the unique lifestyle of the Sherpa Community.

Your meals during your stay in Kathmandu will be on a bed & breakfast plan. We will host a welcome dinner and a farewell dinner in Kathmandu. Any additional meals during your stay in cities will be at your own expense.

During this trek, your meals are included as part of our package. You will have a choice of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, as well as tea/coffee during your trekking days with us. We serve foods from guesthouses, prepared by trained local chefs. We always ensure that your food is fresh and hygienic. We also provide seasonal fruits every day for your trek days.

Accommodation

For this Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek, we use 4-star deluxe luxury hotels in Kathmandu, Hotel Shanker- Heritage Hotel or Hotel Barahi Kathmandu or similar standard hotel to ensure your stay is comfortable. In Pokhara, we use Hotel Landmark Pokhara or similar standard hotel to your pleasent stay before and after the trek. 

During the trek, you will be staying in mountain lodges and guest houses owned by local peoples, offering a nice and comfortable experience. You will have attached bathroom and hot shower facilities during your stays. Other places will have regular mountain lodges, neat, clean and comfortable.
